Poop Princess Update 04/21/2009
![]() Well its been awhile since I've last updated. I gave the fiber, the papaya enzyme a good month to work, and even though there was that one day of hope....I saw no changes. How effing depressing. CommentsTue, 21 Apr 2009 12:15:02 From an MS perspective, I can't share shitty stories with you. Tue, 05 May 2009 22:32:46 I can sympathize completely. I've had MS since 2000 (diagnosed when I was 25) and for the past few years it's been mostly in remission (a few relapses) with Betaseron treatment. But the symptoms that just never go away are bladder, bowel, and other things that live in that same region. :( I finally started taking fiber last year and it's helped me quite a bit. Actually, the best thing I've found is the Costco house brand fiber tablets--it's cheap and boy does it work! Started off with two a day and that was way too much. Now I take one a day and have no issues in that department. My neurologist prescribed Detrol for the bladder issues, and that's worked very well too. No more getting up 4 times a night to go to the bathroom--once at the most. Leave a Reply |
